goldtip drives a white dodge.

I ran into NWBrute yesterday while hunting muzzleloader elk.  Another tag holder shot a 42" moose with single brow tines and small palms, but had good width.  He was there helping and I lent a hand.  I sent NWbrute in the direction of a bigger bull that I had seen in the morning hunting elk.  I didn't go back out this morning, but I am sure we will hear from both of them soon, as they are seeing moose.

Yeh it is from Mineral, I just helped him hang it up, he's a great friend and a hunting son of a gun.  This is my 1st experience with a moose, I'm in awe, everyone says these Washington moose aren't that big, this thing dwarfed any elk I've ever seen.  I can't imagine how big an Alaskan moose must be.  His freezer is going to be full, he just put an elk in a couple weeks ago and now a moose on top of it.  I'm sure he'll get some field pics up in the next couple days.

I was in Dan Liljas barrel shop in Plains Montana and he has his Alaska moose shoulder mounted in there. incredible!  :yike: you have to see one to believe how big they are

He didn't call me!!!!  I guess my mules are going to have to pack out MY moose one of these days.  Even if I shoot it close to a road I'm making them pack it out!  :)

Or they could pack out my moose next year.

It would take more work to cut it out to get to the moose than it would to pack it out in this circumstance Machias.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
